I realized this week that I had received "Merry Christmas" greetings from people of Jewish and Hindu backgrounds. I find it fairly ironic that I (a person who actually celebrates the holiday) feel like I'm walking on eggshells sometimes when I extend the greeting. Interesting world we're living in today.
