I just discovered a little woodpecker pecking on my house. Seriously... it was right outside my window. There was this little knocking noise. I ignored it at first, but when I checked it out, there he was... pecking by my window.

I think they usually peck hunting for bugs, so you might want to have an exterminator come do an inspection.
